responsibilities:
- Drive product and process excellence for assigned complex footwear projects across multiple performance sports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, testing, material design, merchandising, and sourcing teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Our Client's overseas partners to ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication.
- Convert design concepts and briefs into innovative performance footwear solutions that meet athlete and consumer needs.
- Navigate internal matrix processes to ensure alignment with Our Client's standard methodologies for product excellence.
