responsibilities:
- Represent Manufacturing and Operations on New Product Introduction (NPI) core teams to manage the technical transfer of new products into full production.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Program Management, and Technical Operations to deliver highly reproducible products and processes for Our Client.
- Develop detailed transfer plans, schedules, and written work instructions based on technical drafts from R&D and manufacturing teams.
- Perform process design reviews, conduct risk assessments, and generate Manufacturability Index metrics to mitigate operational risk at each transfer phase.
- Implement developmental outputs into product infrastructure, including SKU creation, ERP setup, procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
