responsibilities:
- Perform thorough visual inspections on incoming materials and final products, evaluating items against quality standards and accurately recording test data.
- Maintain, inspect, and calibrate all testing equipment, gauges, and machines to guarantee strict adherence to industry regulations and specifications.
- Partner with factory quality engineers and management to investigate and resolve customer and supplier quality issues efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop effective corrective action solutions to maintain product integrity and prevent recurring defects.
