Machine Technician needed for immediate 4+month contract role in the Augusta, GA area! This is a critical role seeking the right manufacturing specialists to hit the ground running and become involved on a high priority project launch.
A great fit for this role will be a person who knows their way aroung a manufacturing machine department with high level of detail and familiarity. Experience reading prints and delivering parts according to design specs is needed as is having exceptional communication and team skills!

Responsibilities

salary: $26 - 35 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Work with Production and Engineering to design tooling layouts
- Participate in set up to eliminate potential delays in production
- Ensure the seamless coordination of production volumes and material flow for 2 product lines
- Coordinate BOMs consisting of multiple part numbers
- Min 10 years machine tooling within manufacturing
- Proven experience in shop environment within a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with blueprints for part set up and delivery
- Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams with a high level of detail and quality
- Experience with Master Cam and Fanuc equipment
