responsibilities:
- Lead equipment installation, cleaning, and validation processes (URS, FDS, IQ, OQ, PQ, VRA) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Optimize plant layouts, operational sequences, and manufacturing methods for parts, components, and final assemblies.
- Manage capital projects by justifying expenditures, monitoring budgets, setting time standards, and recommending tooling solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on root-cause investigations, risk assessments (pFMEA, MSA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive process characterization and deliver impactful technical presentations to project managers and engineering leadership.
