responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize complete end-to-end logistics flows from supplier to point of use based on strict efficiency and safety standards.
- Execute decided flow enhancements, rebuild internal and external logistics setups, and coordinate process and product changes.
- Conduct frequency studies, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinate tact time to streamline operations.
- Perform logistics flow adjustments, assist with rebuilding setups, and clearly communicate relevant policies and practices across teams.
