responsibilities:
- Collaborate with structural design engineering teams, estimating, sales, and the like
- Act as the on-site supervisor, watching contractors to ensure their work aligns with construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor manpower and the physical progress of installation projects
- Prepare and maintain regular logs and reports
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating and managing commercial and/or industrial builds
- Ability to read and evaluate schedules, estimates, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge strengths in the areas of civil engineering, structural, mechanical, etc
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities in a multi-faceted work environment
- Must be able to speak up and take responsibility for project outcomes - strong communication skills critical
