responsibilities:
- Lead the technical execution of capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from initial concept through final production release.
- Partner with equipment SMEs on design reviews, vendor management, installation, commissioning, qualification, and technical issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Work directly with external equipment suppliers to oversee equipment design, installation, and validation according to schedule.
- Ensure capital equipment initiatives consistently meet strict safety, quality, operational, and project milestone objectives.
