Join Our Client in Raleigh, NC as an Electronic Lab Technician IV! Drive innovation with an industry leader. We seek a senior expert with a Bachelor's in EE, 10+ years of lab experience, and deep PCB design and test instrumentation skills to lead complex electronic research and development.

responsibilities:
- Direct the design, development, and research of highly complex electronic systems, components, and emerging technologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and implement advanced test procedures using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers to evaluate device performance and reliability.
- Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for complex analog and digital circuits to resolve critical engineering challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior lab technicians, fostering their professional growth and advancing lab capabilities.
- Partner with engineers, scientists, and product managers to define project requirements, optimize testing methodologies, and ensure successful deliverables.
