Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide product/service information, process new orders, reschedule or cancel orders, and manage account inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer orders in the system, including order scheduling and confirmation emails
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, orders, feedback, and any actions taken
- Update customer account information and process account changes or discontinuations
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries, quote requests, and unresolved issues
- Proactively contact customers regarding the status of claims, investigations, or service adjustments
- Investigate and assess concerns or delays in shipments, including potential external factors such as weather disruptions
- Coordinate with plant operations to fulfill customer shipment needs, ensuring alignment with logistics and shipping requirements
- Work closely with Compliance Officers to address claim resolution procedures
