Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to existing clients to introduce and position migration from the legacy Encompass platform to the new EPC platform (Encompass Partner Connect).
- Identify and engage appropriate decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Answer high-level questions about the EPC platform (Encompass Partner Connect), addressing client concerns and clarifying the migration process.
- Facilitate the client onboarding and migration journey by guiding them into the migration queue and ensuring timely progression through each phase.
- Monitor client progress and proactively shepherd them through to full migration completion.
- Conduct phone surveys with clients to gather insights on their product experience and overall satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and updates in Salesforce to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues, share feedback, and improve the client migration experience.
