️ About the Role: Join a fast-paced corporate mailroom and print services team supporting a major healthcare organization! You’ll play a vital part in managing high-volume print jobs, inserting and mailing sensitive healthcare documents, and ensuring everything is processed with speed, accuracy, and care.
This is a hands-on role — expect to be on your feet, moving around, and occasionally lifting boxes up to 50 lbs. If you’re tech-savvy, mechanically inclined, and enjoy staying busy, this is the job for you!
salary: $18.55 - $18.56 per hour

work hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate large production-class printers and inserters
- Fold, insert, and prepare mailings with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor and maintain printer/inserter supplies; clear paper jams as needed
- Handle and verify time-sensitive documents
- Collaborate with team members to meet strict turnaround times
- Ensure mailing and postage tasks are completed on schedule
- Maintain a positive, flexible attitude in a fast-changing environment
- Are comfortable standing and moving for your entire shift
- Can lift up to 50 lbs (paper and envelope boxes)
- Have strong multitasking skills and work well under pressure
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Like working with machines and enjoy problem-solving mechanical hiccups
- Are detail-oriented and deadline-driven
