salary: $23 - $25.52 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, job duties include:
- Coordinate and oversee project activities and ensure all deadlines and expectations are met across opportunities.
- Manage opportunity turnover packages and maintain consistent updates between stakeholders, business units, and BTS.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings related to EPP opportunities and ISTs.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation for portfolio and status review meetings.
- Deliver project outcomes according to established and agreed-upon plans and schedules.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Project Coordinator in a Pharmaceutical or BioMedical organization.
- Foundational knowledge of project management tools and methodologies to coordinate activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Broad knowledge of technical alternatives and their impact on system and process design.
- Ability to work with data, monitor progress, and support informed decision-making.
