You’ll partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and HR Business Partners to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from opening requisitions to onboarding new team members. Responsibilities
As a Corporate Recruiter, Job duties include:
- Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience across all talent acquisition touchpoints while enhancing the employer brand.
- Screen applications and resumes and conduct phone screenings for high-volume roles.
- Collaborate with TA Coordinators to schedule interviews and communicate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend offers and manage the offer acceptance process using the recruiting system.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure timely closure of job requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and build robust talent pipelines.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate nationwide environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High sense of urgency and effective time management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution professionally.
