Responsibilities

• Lead Client Relationships & Operations: Develop and maintain client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  
  
• Financial & Account Management: Conduct comprehensive account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, and budget esitmates, while also performing quarterly presentations for stakeholders.
  
  
• Contract & Vendor Management: Manage client contracts, negotiate with vendors for services, and resolve any contract or service-related issues, including rectifying incorrect charges.
  
  
• Strategic Financial Support: Assist with financial reporting, develop and implement operational procedures, and lead the creation of financial statements and forecasts.
  
  
• Problem Resolution & Data Integrity: Proactively resolve customer concerns and internal client issues, while maintaining accurate client and vendor data.
  
  
• Collaborative & Proactive Communication: Work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication in all aspects of the role.
