Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including billing, credit adjustments, and payment application.
- Analyze and track outstanding accounts receivable to ensure collection goals are met.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing issues.
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on schedule.
- Manage vendor records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Review vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
- Support the monthly closing process by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Oversee the accuracy of the general ledger and related subledgers.
- Perform reconciliations for all bank and credit card accounts.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal financial reports and support audit activities.
- Create and update accounting procedures for transaction processing.
- Provide support for annual budgeting.
- Aid in the management of capital expenditures.
- Help with the analysis of financial statements.
