What You'll Achieve
- Serve as the primary resource for employees, resolving payroll inquiries with empathy and precision via phone, email, and case management systems.
- Manage critical payroll processes, including handling mail, processing verifications of employment (VOEs), and assisting with the accurate packaging and delivery of payroll products.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by supporting the garnishment specialist, maintaining databases, and fulfilling documentation requests.
- Collaborate with the HR Solutions Center and internal teams to analyze information, conduct research, and contribute to departmental projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every inquiry and data point is handled with the utmost accuracy.
- strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data entry, with the ability to identify needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2. Identify requestor's needs and help resolve, provide answers, or guidance to answers
3. Monitor, track, answer, & appropriately file inquiries (1101 email, phone call tracker, cases, ACH banking emails)
4. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
5. Stay informed & updated on system functionalities & share information with team members and employees
