Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Preparing and processing accounts payable, including invoices, reimbursements, and checks to vendors and employees.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing financial statements, budgets, audits, and reports, and providing recommendations for cost-effective procedures.
- General Ledger Management: Maintaining the general ledger, posting transactions, categorizing records, and reconciling accounts and bank statements.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws, financial reporting standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Audit Support: Preparing documents and providing support for internal and external audits.
- Reconciliations: Performing various reconciliations, such as bank account, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties, including assisting with human resources tasks like insurance and background checks.
