This position is ideal for someone with experience in accounting who is comfortable working independently in a small office environment. You'll report directly to the Controller and will be part of a three-person accounting team.

Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Handling accounts receivable functions, such as invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation
- Performing financial recording in compliance with company policies and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closes and preparing journal entries
- Utilizing Quickbooks Online and Excel to manage financial data
