As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage the complete accounts payable cycle for our client. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining the smooth operation of their accounting department during this period.
salary: $35 - $42 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices and expense reports.
- Verify, code, and accurately enter all accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and process electronic payments and checks.
- Support month-end closing procedures by ensuring all AP-related tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain meticulous and organized financial records.
