sales effectiveness training coordinator.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Effectiveness Training Coordinator that will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to include set-up, maintenance and documentation of sales records of sales training activities associated with in-house and web-based training, pre-conventions, special events, seminars and meetings. This person manages logistical coordination and assists the Head of Learning in the planning of trainings.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head of Learning to determine coaching needs and performance development of the Sales team.
• Project manage virtual and Dublin, CA based trainings to support 4 US Trainers logistics and scheduling for on-boarding, training classes, product launches, tradeshows, and national sales meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional staff, to include sales leadership, marketing, global and US training, MARCOM, and tradeshow teams, in training activities across multiple areas of business, MCS and OPT, to consistent high standards
• Ensure staffing and procure instruments for in-house or regional training events
• Create training event communications, to include but not limited to agendas, assignments, updates, documentation, and analytics as needed
• Collaborate with global training LMS (Learning Management System) team and US HR to ensure consistency in training programs and LMS (CurioZ)
• US LMS administration includes structure design, creation, registration, maintenance and analytics
• Manages and maintains detailed training transcripts for both internal (ZEISS) and external (Distributors) sales representatives and managers and stay current on company procedures, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, processes
• Organizes, coordinates, and executes relevant ancillary trainings
• Incorporate aspects of operational training including CRM systems, sales cycle, pipeline & account management as inherent part of sales training
