We're looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join the team at our client, a leading manufacturer of thermal mass flow measurement instruments used in critical applications like environmental compliance, process control, and fluid measurement.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical expertise and sales quotes as
requested.
Engage with sales partners to review client needs and present tailored solutions.
Utilize Thermal Instrument proprietary software to track and enter orders, manage
customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Work with internal team members in engineering, production, and assembly to ensure
that promised delivery dates are achieved.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer
service.
Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Participate in negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing
customer inquiries.
Continuously seek opportunities for business development within existing accounts.
