What You Need to Bring (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Proven experience in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device manufacturing/distribution environment.
- GMP Knowledge: Demonstrated working experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and high-level adherence to regulatory quality standards.
- Distribution Expertise: Direct experience in distribution coordination or management, specifically working with a 3PL provider.
- Customer Focus: solid, proven customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Location: Must be willing and able to work 5 days a week on-site in Billerica, MA.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- System Proficiency: Prior experience working with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities
As the 3PL Project Coordinator, you are the key point person overseeing and optimizing the entire distribution process. You'll ensure orders are processed efficiently, inventory is perfectly managed, and our products reach their destination in compliance with the highest quality standards.
- 3PL Coordination & Execution: Execute and manage day-to-day operations with the 3PL warehouse. This includes coordinating picking, packing, and shipping; running daily reports; and ensuring timely delivery.
- Operational Control: Be the first point of contact for the 3PL, troubleshooting shipping and order issues, confirming outbound shipment invoicing, and meticulously tracking action items to meet due dates.
- Quality & Compliance Gateway: Partner directly with our Quality team and the 3PL on complaint reviews and investigations, submitting required documentation, and implementing and maintaining distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Customer Service Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for our Customer Service team, handling inquiries and providing timely updates regarding distribution status.
- System and Data Integrity: Monitor all 3PL transactions within the system (EDI & Portal) to ensure data accuracy.
- New Product Readiness: Lead the information flow and execution readiness for new product launches, managing Change Controls and item set-ups at the 3PL.
