- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. A 2-year degree in a related field with relevant experience may be considered, but a 4-year degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, and credit management.

- Understanding of intermediate accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex financial problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Ability to support cross-functional teams, including Invoicing and Trade.
- Working knowledge of SAP (System Applications and Products).
- Experience with SAP 4 Hana.
- Familiarity with the collections and credit software HighRadius.

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable and Governance:
- Ensure the Accounts Receivable (AR) team follows established policies and procedures, providing governance and constructive feedback based on data analysis.
- Prepare reporting metrics for the AR team for monthly close.
- Manage the functionality of customer-specific rules within our collection software ($\text{HighRadius}$), creating tickets when needed.
- Approve customer reimbursements for credit balances (within set limits) and handle necessary transaction reversals.
- Play a key role in the month-end close process for Accounts Receivable.
- Assign and monitor credit risk for new and existing key customers, including assessing country risk for international accounts.
- Act as the escalation point for the shared services organization ($\text{ESO}$) to resolve complex aged items by researching issues across various functional areas.
- Monitor key customer balances, collect credit intelligence, and take appropriate action.
- Identify, resolve, and document issues on customer accounts.
- Review and release orders for key and international customers (may require occasional support outside of normal business hours).
- Manage negotiable payment instruments and provide direct support to the $\text{ESO}$ team.
