We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the critical link between our clients manufacturing operations and their valued clients. In their facility, timing and precision are everything. You won't just be answering phones; you will be the "air traffic controller" for their orders—managing the delicate balance of production lead times, material availability, and logistics to ensure our products are manufactured to spec and delivered on time.

salary: $48,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process high-volume wholesale orders via ERP, EDI portals, and email. Confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery windows.
  
  
• Production Liaison: Work daily with the Production Scheduler to ensure product availability before promising ship dates to customers.
  
  
• Traceability & Quality: Assist the QA team in the event of a quality claim or "hold." Gather batch codes and production dates from customers to facilitate quick resolutions.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with local South Jersey trucking partners and freight brokers to arrange pickups, ensuring cold-chain requirements (if applicable) are met.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Resolve "short-ships," damaged goods claims, and delivery delays with a calm, professional demeanor.
