Accounts Payable Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

• High-Volume AP: Processing 150–200 invoices and 100+ check runs weekly.
  
  
• 3-Way Matching: Reconciling Vendor Invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Receiving Reports (GRNs).
  
  
• Analytical Reporting: Using Excel (VLOOKUPs/Pivots) and ERP logic to manage a multi-step daily financial report.
  
  
• Vendor Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for 50+ monthly vendors to resolve short-pays and discrepancies.
  
  
• Forensic Accounting: Cleaning up the department suspense account and ensuring audit readiness.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
  
  
•  "Thinker" mentality—the ability to problem-solve data discrepancies independently.
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  
  
• Comfortable in a professional, "old-school" paper-heavy manufacturing office.
