Unlike other firms where PMs are buried in paperwork, we keep our project loads manageable (8–10 active jobs) so you can spend your time where it matters most: on-site. You will start with a 3-to-6-month introductory phase, receiving direct mentorship and training from our Senior PM, Tom Miller, to ensure you are fully integrated into our standards and workflow.

Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from contract signing to completion, specifically focusing on residential renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and structural additions.
- Site Supervision: Supervise lead carpenters, laborers, and trade crews. Perform daily site visits to monitor progress and ensure your portfolio of jobs is running smoothly.
- Technical Oversight: Perform precise measurements for windows and siding; coordinate complex electrical and plumbing requirements.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure building, safety, and environmental code compliance.
- Budgeting & Financial Control: Maintain project budgets, manage change orders, and handle invoice approvals and client payments.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary face of the company. Provide clear, professional, and proactive communication with homeowners, including weekly progress meetings.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality construction and manage final punch lists to ensure total customer satisfaction.
