Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing journal entries and assisting with the production of financial statement packages.
- Maintain General Ledger ensuring all financial inputs are accurate and up to date.
- Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and perform deep-dive audits of AR and AP aging to ensure ledger integrity.
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing, ensuring all approvals and documentation meet our rigorous internal standards.
- Review invoice process, ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition and billing.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to merge datasets from multiple sources, providing the story behind the numbers to help guide business decisions.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline, automate processes to maximize efficiencies and optimize performance.
- Coordinate audits
- Support budgeting efforts and special finance projects aimed at streamlining our systems and improving overall operational efficiency.
