Randstad is supporting a financial services client who is looking t ohire a Web Modernization & Funnel Optimization Lead to rewrite the playbook on how financial professionals interact with annuity solutions. In this role, you will be the chief architect of the annuity digital journey. You’ll sit at the intersection of UX Design, Performance Marketing, and Financial Strategy, turning high-level business goals into a seamless, "no-friction" digital ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital experience for annuities, designing intuitive navigation and information architecture that aligns with advisor workflows and client needs.
• Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to identify friction points, simplifying paths to conversion and improving tool engagement.
• Lead SEO strategy and internal content tagging to ensure high-value retirement planning resources are easily discoverable.
• Translate complex annuity marketing goals into actionable digital strategies, ensuring content and tools support the overarching brand narrative.
• Partner with UX, Tech, Analytics, and Sales Enablement to balance immediate site improvements with long-term digital modernization goals.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and assess the impact of experience enhancements on business outcomes.
