Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Monitor assigned accounts to identify overdue payments and prioritize outreach based on delinquency age and balance.
- Customer Outreach: Conduct professional outbound calls and emails to discuss payment status while providing a high level of customer service.
- Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints by collaborating with the Billing and Sales departments.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities, payment promises, and customer interactions in our systems.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a fast-paced Customer Service role (Call Center experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations.
- Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is a plus.
