An ideal candidate would have excellent computer skills and have had some law-related experience, preferably litigation.
Our Executive Assistant supports the entire labor, employment and benefits law team comprised of six attorneys (one VP, 3 Director level positions and 2 Sr. Counsel positions) and a Sr. Paralegal responsible for handling all labor, employment and benefit law matters for the entire BJC Health enterprise.
The duties of this role include drafting confidential communications and reports, electronically organizing legal claims files by sorting and filing emails and other documents transmitted electronically, maintaining team member calendars, scheduling meetings, filing required insurance reports, drafting template letters/correspondence. Engaging with internal and external clients in a professional manner, triaging legal requests to members of the labor, benefit and employment law team.
Must Have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel.
salary: $21.33 - $21.34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
