Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage trial order exports to international destinations.
- Collaborate with packaging vendors to ensure compliance with export packaging standards.
- Partner with internal compliance teams to organize and execute international freight shipments.
- Maintain regular communication with the parent company in Japan to align on operational and logistical matters.
- Calculate material requirements using internal systems, place purchase orders, and oversee supplier deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels to align with customer demand and supplier schedules, minimizing both shortages and excess stock (basic supply chain management).
- Analyze operational data to proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring uninterrupted service to customers.
- Enter and manage customer sales orders, coordinating logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare accurate customer pricing based on supplier quotes and standardized cost structures; develop sales and gross profit budgets accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers through consistent communication and proactive support.
- Participate in and lead meetings, presenting information confidently to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Accurately set up new parts in the internal database using verified customer specifications.
- Coordinate Just-In-Time (JIT) deliveries by liaising with suppliers, production control, logistics providers, and customers.
