Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Identifying and contacting potential members, presenting membership benefits, and closing new sales.
- Retention: Onboarding new members, addressing their needs, and encouraging ongoing engagement.
- Member Management: Maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and handling inquiries.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent service to both new and existing members, addressing questions, and resolving issues.
- Event Support: Assisting with planning, promoting, and attending company events.
- Communication: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with members, communicating effectively, and representing the companyr in a positive light.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining the company's membership database.
- Marketing and Outreach: Creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media, and representing the company at community events.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Preparing reports on membership growth, retention, and other key metrics.
- Team Support: Collaborating with other staff and volunteers
