This role is critical to the accurate and timely processing of security trades, settlements through DTC, cash and security movements on custody accounts, and client communications. Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

• Accurately process trade and settlement transactions for custody clients and accounts.
  
  
• Verify trade details against broker submissions and ensure all cash and security movements are properly recorded.
  
  
• Efficiently manage daily transaction volumes while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  
  

Problem Resolution

• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by collaborating with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
  
  
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk items to management in a timely manner.
  
  

Client & Internal Communication

• Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
  
  
• Provide superior client service by resolving inquiries quickly and effectively.
  
  
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
  
  
• Understand how your work contributes to the broader goals of the team and the firm.
  
  
• Participate in initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce risk.
