Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for a portfolio of commercial properties
- Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations, including cash, accounts receivable, and prepaid expenses
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including tenant billings and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and tenant ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Help prepare CAM (Common Area Maintenance), real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and organized property-level financial records and lease documentation
- Experience with property management accounting software such as Yardi and RealPage required.
