We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Service Representative to join a collaborative team in a leading financial services organization. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for managing day-to-day client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions, and maintaining communication with both clients and internal teams. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
  
• Language skills appropriate to client base and location are a plus

Responsibilities

Client Service & Communication:

• Manage daily client inquiries and provide timely updates through to resolution
  
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client needs and ensure prompt issue resolution
  
  
• Identify inquiry trends and recommend training opportunities to reduce or automate common issues
  
  
• Regularly meet with clients to review outstanding items and ensure alignment
  
  
• Coordinate client meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions
  
  
• Escalate client service issues to senior team members as needed
  
  

Technology & Training:

• Leverage internal platforms to efficiently manage and respond to client requests
  
  
• Educate clients on how to utilize internal systems to access information and reduce manual interventions
  
  
• Conduct client demos and training sessions as needed to support adoption of internal tools
  
  

Relationship Management:

• Build working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  
  
• Develop an understanding of client organizational structures to ensure appropriate communication channels
  
  
• Share insights with peers and leadership to improve the overall client experience
  
  

Risk & Compliance:

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and best practices
  
  
• Ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately, avoiding unnecessary attachments in correspondence
  
  
• Maintain high attention to detail in all communications and client interactions
