Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company's ERP system.
- Verify product information, quantities, pricing, shipping instructions, and any special requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation.
