Responsibilities

• Make 120–150 outbound calls daily prospect buyers such as: hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and first responders
• Collaborate with team leads to improve your pitch and effectiveness
• Identify key contacts, qualify accounts, and gather essential data for the sales team
• Log call data and insights into the CRM system
• Rotate through multiple account types and adjust outreach strategies
• Track and support the progression of each lead in the pipeline

What you bring to the table:

• Clear communication skills and strong phone presence
• High energy, goal-driven, and coachable mindset
• CRM experience or willingness to learn
• Previous phone-based or customer service experience preferred but not required
