We’re looking for a sharp, organized Customer Service Rep to support a high-volume seasonal project focused on coordinating mobile storage shipments. If you're someone who thrives on structure, communication, and problem-solving, we’d love to connect.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer support tickets via email (minimal phone calls—2–3/day)
- Track and manage shipment activity using Excel and Microsoft Views
- Coordinate delivery updates and address customer concerns
- Use sound judgment to determine when rush fees apply (and when they don’t)
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to keep things running smoothly
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent written communication (this is a primarily email-driven role)
- Solid problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Start date: June 2 | Project ends in October, with potential to extend through November.
