Responsibilities
- Very fast paced and sometimes intense environment with the amount of work and attention to detail that is required
- Review loan applications for items being requested for underwriting purposes
- Review documentation submitted by clients for accuracy and completeness compared to policies.
- Associate documents to stipulations to be reviewed by our underwriting teams.
- Be able to identify if the documents that are being associated are accurate based on underwriting requests and policies.
- Review documentation submitted by clients and determine next steps based on these policies and documentation requirements or needs.
- Request corrections or additional items that may be needed based off of these reviews in order to obtain the items required by underwriting to move the loan forward.
- Update the loan application based on documentation provided if applicable.
- Be able to update this information accurately.
- Note the file based on documentation reviews.
- Label documentation being submitted by clients to the application.
- Complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Have the ability to review multiple loans in a single day’s time (there may be instances where we see 5 docs that are expected to be reviewed in one loan and we may see instances where 20 documents need to be reviewed on another)
