We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the beauty merchandising team. This full time, hybrid role contributes to marketing, digital merchandising, and administrative efforts that enhance the customer experience. The position requires a presence in the Bolingbrook, IL office at least six times per month, with the rest of the work conducted remotely.

salary: $17.22 - $22.22 per hour

Responsibilities

In-Store & Digital Merchandising

• Proof internal documents to confirm accurate certification labeling and visual consistency in stores
  
  
• Review digital pages to verify product and brand certification data
  
  
• Support digital asset audits and offer recommendations to improve transparency
  
  

Marketing & Promotions

• Source and track product samples from merchandising teams or distribution centers for marketing use
  
  
• Submit signage and promotional pricing requests through internal systems
  
  
• Maintain records of marketing and social media content
  
  

Administrative & Brand Support

• Update and manage brand partner contact databases
  
  
• Communicate with brands to ensure compliance with program certification standards
  
  
• Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team as needed
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, Planning & Allocation, Distribution Centers, and external brand partners
  
  
• Support communication between departments to keep projects and tasks on schedule
