Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including:
  
  
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
    
    
  • Balance Sheets
    
    
  • Cash Flow statements
    
    
• Deliver KPI dashboards, cost trend reports, and ad-hoc financial analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  
  
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to develop the annual operating budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
  
• Create and maintain cash flow forecasts to manage liquidity, support capital planning, and ensure operational continuity.
  
  
• Analyze and explain budget vs. actual variances, as well as period-over-period financial fluctuations, in partnership with the General Manager.
  
  
• Work with buyers and inventory staff to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and alignment with working capital goals.
  
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function, supporting scalability and operational efficiency as the company grows.
