Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and process sales documentation, including orders, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Assist with the creation of sales presentations and other support materials.
• Coordinate logistics for sales activities, such as tracking product deliveries and resolving shipping issues.
• Serve as a communication hub between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless processes.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
