Position Summary:
The Second Shift Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all production activities during the second shift, ensuring that manufacturing goals are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. This role requires leadership skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support second shift production staff.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer and company deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and output.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct shift meetings, document performance metrics, and communicate issues to upper management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production or equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
