We're seeking a true architect of talent – someone who has built or significantly scaled a talent acquisition department during hyper-growth. You'll craft and implement scalable talent strategies, ensuring we proactively meet hiring needs. Your ability to partner directly with executive leadership will be crucial, translating business objectives into impactful talent strategies.

salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic build-out and scaling of our talent acquisition department for company-wide growth across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking, scalable talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide strategic mentorship and management to our recruiting team, optimizing productivity for high-volume and specialized hiring.
- Partner directly with executive leadership on critical hires, advising on talent market conditions.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Champion and strategically integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Forge strong, strategic partnerships with senior leaders to align talent acquisition with business needs.
- Strategically build and nurture networks for a sustainable, high-quality talent pipeline.
