We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to make an impact by delivering top-notch service every day. You’ll be the key player in ensuring our customers, business partners, and delivery teams are always satisfied and moving smoothly. Shift: 10:00 AM – Close (6:30/7:00 PM), Monday – Saturday Day Off: Sundays (because everyone needs a break!) Second Day Off: TBD (We’ll work with you to find your perfect schedule!)

Responsibilities
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Assist customers and business partners through phone and email, providing the solutions they need
- Handle customer complaints like a pro—cool, calm, and always professional
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues quickly and effectively (you’re the go-to problem solver!)
- Monitor delivery progress and keep an eye on our teams to make sure everyone is on track
- Prepare folders for PODs and manifests for the next day's delivery routes—organization is key!
- Process order changes and cancellations like a logistics ninja
- Check in trucks and teams when they return from deliveries (time to wrap up the day!)
- Verify returning products to ensure they’re hauled away, returned to the vendor, or rescheduled—no loose ends!
Must-Haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment
- strong customer service skills and the ability to keep cool under pressure
- The ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
- A solution-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering customer happiness
