Responsibilities
- Workplace Safety:
Oversee safe use of hydraulic equipment and enforce PPE requirements. - Environmental Compliance:
Manage waste disposal, emissions, and spill prevention; promote sustainability. - Emergency Preparedness:
Maintain response plans and lead safety drills; coordinate with waste contractors. - Incident Response:
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. - Training & Awareness:
Conduct safety training and promote HSE culture. - Policy & Compliance:
Develop policies and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. - Risk Management:
Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend safety controls. - Continuous Improvement:
Drive HSE enhancements and track performance metrics.
- Manufacturing floor with hydraulic systems and hazardous materials.
- Requires PPE, and extended periods on the floor.
