In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in managing all financial aspects of our diverse property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You'll work independently while collaborating with property managers and owners , delivering precise financial information. Responsibilities
- Enter and post receivables for properties
- Review, post and process payables
- Maintain Leases such as enter and update leases and tenant information
- Review and Post Tenant Charges
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Prepare Journal Entries
- Review and Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns
- Create Excel spreadsheets for financial reporting
- Prepare 1099’s
- Review and assist with budget process
- Review and assist with reforecast process
- Cam Reconciliations
- Communicate well with Property Managers and Owners
- Be organized in record keeping
