Responsibilities
New Market Growth
- Research prospective clients (General Contractors, property managers, facility directors)
- Follow up on warm leads to schedule meetings
- Introduce prospects to the Director of Construction, who will guide the technical conversation
- Conduct quality-check calls with current clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover referral opportunities
- Visit job sites to deliver thank-you treats or breakfast drop-offs to build goodwill
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events alongside the broader team
- Show appreciation and remain top-of-mind with active clients through consistent, thoughtful touches
- Ask satisfied clients for referrals to other key decision-makers
- Track account activity and share relevant updates with internal teams
- Capture opportunities to grow accounts by being intuitive to both active and prospective client needs
- Proactively listen for upcoming projects, shifts in decision-making, or areas where additional support may be needed
- Maintain a pulse on client satisfaction and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
