Responsibilities
- Drafts, negotiates, and advises on a variety of complex procurement agreements (e.g., inbound technology licenses, service agreements (e.g., professional, SaaS), non-disclosure agreements, real estate / facilities agreements (e.g. data center, co-location, facility maintenance) agreements, employee benefit agreements, hardware, and software agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on procurement related transactions.
- Advise on contract interpretation and risk, and policies and regulations related to goods and services purchased in support of the Company’s operations.
- Understand and leverage internal and external resources to ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations related to the organization's procurement related activities
- Ensure members of the Law Department are apprised of material developments and matters on a timely basis
- Operate in an open and collaborative manner as a “team player”
